As Recruitment Specialist you will enable our managers to attract and select the best people to achieve our vision. In this new role, you will draw on your previous experience to enhance our recruitment procedures and equip our managers with the tools and knowledge to recruit effectively. You will work closely with the HR Service Centre and the HR Business Partnering teams, enabling them to support and advise recruiting managers.

You will also manage our relationships with recruitment agencies, and analyse our current recruitment methods using insight to make recommendations for change. Promoting best practice, you will ensure a positive candidate experience and reduce our overall recruitment spend.

With experience of advising managers, ideally in an in-house recruitment role, you will have a thorough understanding of recruitment and selection methods and experience of e-recruitment.

Add to that your strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and ability to build successful relationships, and you will quickly establish yourself as a key member of our team.
