The role of Corporate Communications Manager for this leading FMCG company, would have the following responsibilities and opportunities:
-To work in close concert with senior leadership, Human Capital Development and Corporate Communications members to identify, plan and communicate strategic initiatives to employees.
-To coordinate regional business, update monthly meetings and webcasts, Annual leadership meetings, preparation for global meetings and other corporate communications events across the diverse business
-To optimize strategic use of communications channels such as the corporate intranet in order to convey key messages to employees across the region.

This highly coveted role of Corporate Communications Manager would require the following characteristics and skills:
-The ability to think strategically in developing communications messages and channel strategies
-A strong track record of demonstrated ability to both support and influence business leaders and key stakeholders in a global organization across various businesses in order to best deliver on communications objectives
-Strong writing skills in English and some aptitude in German or Japanese would also be an advantage
-A strong track record of successful project and events management
-A strong understanding of complexities of working within a matrix management structure
-An eagerness to work in London
