The Senior Category Manager is an integral part of the wider category and marketing team, you will be the lead in all relevant category management projects with agreed accounts e.g. space planning, range reviews, strategic development, NPD implementation as well as utilise and champion named account data and other continuous research to drive incremental sales, shares and distribution in allocated accounts.
This role can be either an office or home based position, with a 2 day commute into the North West based site.
Responsibilities:

- Successful applicants for the Senior Category Manager position will have:
- - Excellent knowledge of IRI/Kantar software and reporting systems
- - Excellent knowledge of space planning software
- - Computer literate with ability to present and issue strategic reports/retailer reports
- - Highly numerate
- - Excellent presentation skills with ability to present at all levels and relevant retailers
- - Preferably Degree educated
- - 2 years of category management experience on major multiples
Senior Category Manager, North West or home based position - Basic salary up to £55,000 including car allowance, plus benefits package
