We are working with a luxury brand who is transforming their business operations with global expansion plans. To help with this they are presently seeking a highly commercial business leader to motivate and inspire their centralised sales team, to deliver a radical step change and an improvement in sales performance.

Reporting to the Director of Contact Centres you will manage a team of Manager and Agents and take responsibility for all aspects of the people development and management of change over the next 12 months. You will be tasked with building a culture of sales focussed performance, developing measurements, metrics and rewards which will help monitor, motivate and incentivise the team.

Working within a predominantly inbound function, you will be able to help identify and implement initiatives which will improve the central functions knowledge, speed of service and acquisition/conversion of leads and enquiries, with up sell and cross sell development.

You will also look at the viable introduction, training and development of an outbound function and help establish the required processes and develop the team or skills within the business to achieve this.
