The role of a Channel Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:
-To establish channel strategies and implement the associated plans
-To define a product portfolio strategy and marketing mix for each channel as well as key support information for the sales team
-To manage and monitor the Trade Marketing investments and execution of initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI is delivered with each activity
-To manage and evaluate trade promotion levels with sales, initiate corrective actions to achieve maximum returns
-To provide customer service to key Foodservice partners
-To deliver content and develop product lists, exhibition collateral and customer advertising
-In charge of managing trade shows and Events in the UK and EU
-This roleof Channel Market
For our client a Channel Marketing Manager would require the following set of personal attributes and skills:
-Strong understanding of sector marketing and sales, as well as a strong commercial awareness
-A strong track record of customer/ Trade or Category Marketing disciplines
-The ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and work independently to ensure project completion
-Working knowledge of another major European language is an advantage
-A University Degree level, business or marketing qualification preferred
-Strong Strategic influencing and negotiations skills
-An interest in working in London
