Our client who pride themselves as being leaders in Consumer Lifestyle products have an excellent opportuntiy for a Business Analyst in their Marketing Team based out of their prestigious Head Offices in Guilford.
The Marketing Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Marketing team and understanding the market analysis and what that represents for the Marketing campaigns, our customers and the sector. The Marketing plan will be built from the bottom up developed from the sound analysis produced.
Responsibilities:
Trade spend Return on Investment
Creating insights from ROI and influence and trade spend decisions
To become a process expert in Campaign ROI
Track and dashboard KPIs and progress vs KPIs report to the Leadership team
Drive into underperforming categories and understand route cause and lead improvements
Identify business drivers across the marketing mix
Key Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional Excel skills
- CEMA Classification
- Effective at dealing with people at all levels
- Understand and experienced in Return on investment calculations
- Ideally from an FMCG background
- Have the confidence to challenge existing processes and the ability to identify improvements.
- Pragmatic & logical thinker with an eye for detail and an analytical mind.
