We are looking for a Siebel CRM Business Analyst who is experienced in the full software development lifecycle (Waterfall and/or Agile) and requirements analysis of Siebel CRM applications to join a leading, large and international B2B online media and publishing organisation in Central London to play a crucial role in implementing effective process, workflow and best practice as the global rollout continues.

A great opportunity for a Siebel CRM Business Analyst to play a key hands on role in gathering and analysing requirements across modules such as Sales (Opportunity, Quotes, Order Management), Product Master, Price Concessions, Customer Master, Marketing and/or Service in a busy operational environment which supports data assets, processes and workflows for the global Sales, Service and Marketing teams.

Skills required for the role of Siebel CRM Business Analyst are:

* Strong business analysis skills around the Siebel CRM system
* Excellent experience of formal Analysis techniques, tools and methodologies
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Experience of modules such as Sales (Opportunity, Quotes, Order Management), Product Master, Price Concessions, Customer Master, Marketing and/or Service

Any experience of Oracle / OBIEE Query & Reporting, eCommerce applications, SQL, PL/SQL and/or Back Office applications (Billing / Fulfillment) would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
