Our Large Insurance Client is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager - IFRS+SOX, to work in their London Office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely internal and external group financial reporting to IFRS
- Liaison with Group entities
- Consolidation entries
- Manage completion of all IFRS Group reporting deliverables
- Documenting control process for group external reporting
- Oversee production of quarterly consolidated IFRS reporting to the Board
- Liaison with the external auditors
- Implement accounting policies and procedures
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial statement quarterly close
- Develop a high level understanding of the Group balance sheet and P&L for revi
Our Large Insurance Client is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager - IFRS+SOX.
Requirements:
- ACA-qualified
- Insurance sector experience desirable or general Financial Services sector exposure
- Experience in preparing financial reporting to IFRS
- Management exposure
- Knowledge of IFRS standards
- Exposure to consolidation entries within a large multinational
- Experience in accounting policy interpretation and compliance, preparing of financial statements and performing analysis of the results (e.g. MD&A)
