We are working with a market leading pharmaceutical company based in North London.
They are now due to expansion and growth, seeking a junior Business Development and Licensing Executive.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move into Pharma from consultancy or a 2nd role within Pharma.

The role manages the in-licensing/distribution/profit sharing/acquisition and co-development opportunities for the Western European Businesses.
As well as assisting in the selection, analysis and project management of the internal R&D portfolio products added to the development pipeline.
You will also have involvement on corporate development projects

Key Projects and Responsibilities:

- Identifying new in-licensing/distribution/profit sharing/acquisition and co development opportunities for the Western European Business (UK,IE,DE,NL,SE,DK,FI,NO).

- Deal analysis including IMS/data analysis, construction of NPV's, market access, competitive landscape and pricing analysis for licensing and internal development portfolio projects.

- Deal construction and commercial/contract negotiation, with partners from across the globe. - Drafting and editing of various types of commercial agreements including term sheets, confidentiality agreements, licensing/supply and distribution agreements.

- Project managing in-licensing/distribution/profit sharing/acquisition developments through internal processes, ensuring that the project is successfully managed through to launch, across all departments.

- Identification and analysis of internal R&D pipeline projects for addition to the internal pipeline including construction and population of pipeline databases and research into new therapeutic categories and products of interest

Ideal Prior Experience:

Educated to degree level within a Science or Business field

Ideally 1-3 years experience within a Pharmaceutical company

Some knowledge of Commercial acumen, European languages, MS Office proficiency, Commercial law
