37 hours per week, term time only, plus 10 days in holiday periods,

This post involves specific administrative duties primarily supporting the Deputy Academy Principal, the Federation Director of Student Achievement and the Deputy Chief Executive Principal. A high level of initiative and the ability to multi-task is expected.
Extensive communication with staff, students and external agencies is involved.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Experience of working in an Academy or secondary school would be beneficial.
In its last OFSTED Inspection (2012), Winterbourne International Academy was judged as Good for its overall effectiveness, with a similar judgement in each of the four sub categories.
Winterbourne International Academy, situated a few miles outside Bristol, is a flourishing, consistently oversubscribed, all-ability school with a large Sixth Form.
The school specialises in Modern Foreign Languages and Mathematics and has International Status offering the International Baccalaureate alongside A Levels.
The Academy is undergoing a £19.3 million capital investment programme with the new building due for completion in July 2014, prior to the demolition of the existing buildings and final landscaping work.
The Ridings' Federation of Academies is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
