Brand Manager - Permanent - Berkshire -
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

My key Electronics client, based in Berkshire are currently recruiting for an experienced Brand Manager to join the elite Brand marketing team on a permanent basis. We are seeking a highly dynamic individual who is ambitious, creative and enjoys taking ownership of task and leading colleagues.

Purpose of the Role:
This position in the Brand Marketing team is a role that provides a dynamic training ground within the Professional Marketing organisation. The position requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach as well as strong leadership skills.

In this role, Strategic and Tactical Planning, POS, Merchandising, PR, Research, Instore, Agency Management, Photography, Print, logistic, ROI analysis and Online will be part of the daily activities.

Essential Experience:
* Demonstrable and commercial experience of Brand management, development and strategy - ideally in an International business.
* Commercial acumen and awareness is essential to this position and a good mix of marketing and sales background would be beneficial.
* Demonstrable experience of promotional campaign management, development and strategy is also essential.
* Experience of working in the manufacturing, consumer durables, consumer electronics or FMCG sectors would be highly desirable, but not essential.
* Experience of working in a highly matrix environment
* Category management experience is an asset.

Accountability:
- Deliver strategic and tactical direction across Product launches.
- Influence the EMEA cross functional teams and communicate commercial SBU objectives.
- Daily interactions with the local markets, product teams and logistical functions.
- Own all elements to launch and support ongoing corded initiatives.
- Be the EMO go to' person for images and all commercial data.
- Commercial link' person between the global and EMO teams
- POS and merchandising Innovation.
- Responsibility for agency briefing.
- Responsibility for internal Digital briefing.
- Input and support the commercial programme.
- Management of up to three Onsite publications (covering 23 languages).
- Development and implementation of a CRM plan (events, web & e-mail/mail)
- Management of the Onsite market steering committee'
- Be the brand guardian for market print
