We are recruiting for a well-respected contract manufacturer and formulator of personal care toiletries, who due to expansion are seeking a Creative Business Development Co-ordinator

The Creative Business Development Co-ordinator will:

* Support the Creative Business Development Manager to manage the relationship with a nominated set of customers, specifically those that require a high level of creative direction and design input
* Support the CBDM by co-ordinating the briefing, design and concept development process and all other aspects of the front end of the Business Development function.
* Support the CBDM co-ordinating market trends in terms of product, design and brand leaders
* Help co-ordinate and deliver business reports on market trends within categories that BOB / BOT manufacture
* Co-ordinate all aspects of the design elements of projects
* Liaise with customers, internal departments and external designers, and art workers ensuring that CPAs are managed and activities are co-ordinated and completed in line with the time-lines of each specific project
* When necessary support all members of the Business Development Team and the Managing Director in meetings with customers where a design brief would be required
* Manage the design brief with internal and external parties and ensuring that the design elements of all projects work in tandem with the Project CPAs
* Co-ordinate and manage sign off of customer briefs and design briefs by BDM team

Qualifications / experience of the Creative Business Development Co-ordinator:

* Have a working background within the Cosmetics Industry
* Be educated to grade "A-level" or GCSE advanced Level
* GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths
* Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages

This position will require occasional customer / supplier visits and meetings off site mostly in the UK but occasionally overseas - therefore a valid passport and driving licence will be a pre-requisite.
