European Product Marketing Manager - German Speaker Required

A high profile and established organisation, is now seeking to appoint a European Product Marketing Manager to work within their UK Category Management division.

As European Product Marketing Manager you will be the category expert and performance driver for European categories for consumables. Building product knowledge and consumer insight expertise you will analyse and manage product, competitor, retailer, technology and trends information. Working with a number of stakeholders including global brand and product partners, R& D, design, Marketing communications, Sales, Quality and Supply Chain, you will be a key contact, managing a number of products through from concept to market launch.

We are looking for a candidate that will be able to spot opportunities and gaps in the market, monitoring competitors and trends with care. You will be accountable for analysing and moving forward the current range, enhancing and improving the overall category range performance.

This role requires a fluent German speaker and a candidate that is willing to travel for one week every two months. Travel will be within Europe.

It is expected that successful candidates will have the following:

* German speaker essential.
* Business or Marketing Degree Preferred.
* Experience in Product Marketing Management or Brand Management.
* Passion for Brands, Marketing, Products and Customer Insight.
* Strong Project Manager.
* Analytical.
* Experienced in range development, pricing strategies, merchandising and product marketing.
* Strong team worker.
