The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing a detailed understanding of the needs of the customers with regards to customer strategy, outlet type, consumer profiles/behaviours, customer marketing activity and margin requirements.
You will also understand the brand ambition and plans to match brand opportunities with customers and outlets, quantifying the size of the opportunities and the investment plan to deliver them. Working closely with the Category Management team and the National Accounts team, you will develop a compelling and consistent selling story, activity calendar and brand plan with the largest on trade customers in the country.

The successful Customer Marketing Manager will:
- be educated to degree level
- have previous experience of working in a customer facing organisation, holding strong relationships with the major grocery multiples
- have a demonstrable track record of achievement with major retailers
- be able to build strong working relationships with all internal functions, more specifically Category and National Accounts
