As a Graduate Sales Support Administrator, you will join the Business Network Solutions Team, charged with the management and quality check of all orders received to ensure a seamless sales process for every customer. As the front-of-house point of contact for clients, you will undertake the initial welcome call to all new customers and set clear expectations on the next steps for the on-boarding process, providing continual support at every stage. Excellent communication skills and an interpersonal nature are therefore paramount, alongside strong business acumen to tailor your efforts to each individual business organisation, while consistently working towards greater profitability and governance as part of Virgin Media. Working with kit lists to ensure customer requirements are met, you will need a sharp eye for detail and excellent product knowledge, and will undertake a CCNA certification alongside market-leading sales and skills training to ensure this is the case. Due to the technical nature of the role, a strong grasp of commonplace technology in the market is essential, with a degree background in a relevant subject hugely beneficial.
