Growing in size and strategic importance this is a key role within the International team and carries responsibility for brand planning, activation and evaluation. You will need a challenger brand mentality to deliver and evaluate brand plans across key markets to ensure continued and profitable growth.

THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
* Develop the 1 to 3 year plan to deliver share growth and ROI.
* Make recommendations to optimise the portfolio, pricing strategies and promotional plans.
* Drive multi market EPD/NPD initiatives from insight to marketing.
* Lead creative development, activation and evaluation TTL.
* Develop effective and efficient sampling programs, on-pack communications and in store POS and signage.
* Ensure all marketing activities have a robust method of evaluation & ROI metrics.

THE PERSON
* A high potential marketer you will have significant experience operating at Brand Manager level.
* Relish autonomy and opportunity to flourish in a fast moving challenger environment.
* A balanced operational and strategic approach with the ability to contribute towards brand strategy.
* Ability to manage multiple brands and multiple stakeholders.
* Strong financial acumen.
* Highly motivated with a passion for the brands.
* Work effectively and collaboratively in a busy, fast paced, flat structure.
