Casual Swimming Teacher (Level 2)
Grade 7: £13.76 per hour
Plus an enhancement for paid holiday entitlement

Required as soon as possible; responsible, enthusiastic and flexible applicants to become part of the casual bank of staff at the Sports Village swimming pool. Hours of work will be varied but could primarily include Wednesday and Thursday early evenings and some weekends with additional requirement for holiday swimming lessons and other taught courses throughout the year.

Successful applicants will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Winterbourne International Academy Swimming School Programme and should be in possession of the relevant swimming teaching qualification.

In its last OFSTED Inspection (2012), Winterbourne International Academy was judged as Good for its overall effectiveness, with a similar judgement in each of the four sub categories.

Winterbourne International Academy, situated a few miles outside Bristol, is a flourishing, consistently oversubscribed, all-ability school with a large Sixth Form. The school specialises in Modern Foreign Languages and Mathematics and has International Status offering the International Baccalaureate alongside A Levels. The Academy is undergoing a £19.3 million capital investment programme with the new building due for completion in July 2014, prior to the demolition of the existing buildings and final landscaping work.
