Eden Scott's is a FMCG company who are seeking a new home-based Peterborough National Account Manager within a food sector of this fast paced and dynamic company. The primary areas of responsibility will be to create profitable change and develop the profitable growth of the company's products within the allocated area, with a view to accommodating other accounts in addition/instead of as and when required.
The successful candidate will work cross functionally both internally and externally and will be responsible for managing, achieving and exceeding set targets/budget within strictly controlled investment budgets.

Key Accountabilities:
-Responsible for driving Sales, Profit, Promotions and Distribution
-To develop annual strategic account plans, operate within them, and dovetail with the Joint Business Plan within the account.
-To create and implement a full promotional programme within the account.
-To list all New Products creatively within the account to agreed distribution levels.
-Work cross functionally across all internal departments.
Experience and Qualifications:
-FMCG blue chip sales background,
-Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably within a comparable category within top 4 retail accounts.
-Strong Inter-personal and inter-personnel skills
-Results focussed
-Strong Commercial acumen
-Good Negotiation skills
-Experience of Joint Business Plans
Track record of building customer/supplier relationships to ensure the business plan is achieved
