I'm currently representing a leading IT Outsourcing organisation, who are looking for an IT Procurement Manager/Sourcing Manager for their offices in Watford.

Key Requirements:

- Extensive experience in he technology industry with in-depth understanding of various licensing models, terms and conditions and deal structures.
- Large IT related contract negotiation experience
- International experience and availability to travel

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement a software category strategy that meets the requirements of stakeholders in order to create significant sustainable quality and value for IT. Ensure legal, financial and regulatory risks are mitigated
- Benchmark current supplier landscape versus the market to allocate and manage best in class category strategy
- Sets strategies to manage pricing negotiations ensuring competitive market prices are applied
- Identify and drive projects within the SW Category that drive cost reductions for the organisation
- Partner with the Sourcing team to achieve best leverage of Software spend.

- Partner with senior management and in fellow Procurement teams to ensure a high level of customer service and partnership with internal clients and efficient end-to end processes across Procurement
- Responsible for partner development for all types of technologies
- Due Diligence of new partners

- Will interface with Sales / Business for new requirements / RFP cases / RFI cases and will be responsible for providing quotes in time from partners.
- Will interface with technical / BAG / BFC / internal legal & finance team to structure the offer based on inputs from third party partners.
- Will coordinate with Sales on business funnels across all technologies for the next two quarters and will pass on these information to partners in time
- Will be responsible for day to day partner interface and will work as first escalation point for TSEs

- Will be responsible for price negotiation and terms and conditions negotiation with partners on specific requirements.
- Will be responsible for partner management and review their performance, discuss future requirements, strategies, other issues which needs to be addressed in future.
- Administer OEM specific contracts like re-sellers contracts etc for different requirements in the Geo.
- Will be responsible for new contract closure in coordination with the internal /external teams.
- Will serve as the first escalation point for delivery / business.
- Will coordinate with Finance on all commercials, related issues, implications etc for early closure.
- Will pass on the final spreadsheet to TSEs and SAP keying teams for release of P.O.'s.
- Will take sign off's from all stake holders on final offer and with the help of finance prepare an independent cost / revenue sheet for all the third parties related to the opportunity.
- Will be responsible for bringing in annual savings in non-fixed contracts

- Will work with the Shared Services team to close the lease agreements /schedules
