Firstpoint Healthcare is a CQC-registered Specialist Nursing Agency. We provide temporary and permanent registered nurses including theatre nurses to public and private clients in the health sector.

The Company is now looking to recruit a driven Manager to manage and oversee a small but very busy branch in Leicester Square, London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, ensuring that the branch delivers the highest staffing solutions to a variety of health care clients.
They will be responsible for attracting suitably qualified Nurses in our areas of specialism.
The role will carry responsibility for managing the branch budget and for achieving targets to grow the branch profitability.
Responsible for all aspects of the branch performance and service delivery, the role requires strong management skills and high levels of accountability.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop the branch.
The job holder will be responsible for motivating and managing the performance of the branch, ensuring the branch achieves service delivery and annual sales targets.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

1. Previous recruitment/sales experience with strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practice recruitment processes.
2. Strong business development skills
3. Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets
4. Ideal but not essential is experience in dealing with NHS contracts.
5. Thorough understanding and appreciation of compliance and legislation in recruitment.
6. Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships
7. Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
