This top Composite Insurer are seeking a Compliance Manager to join their Compliance function.
Reporting into the Head of Compliance you will play a key role in providing assurance in respect to the effectiveness of systems and controls from a Compliance and Regulatory perspective. The role will incorporate providing advice and guidance to the business in regards to current and upcoming Compliance and Regulatory requirements. Contributing to the implementation of the Compliance plan and working with the business to develop policies and procedures will fall under your remit. The identifying of upcoming Compliance and Regulatory requirements and communicating these to the business will also feature within the remit of the role.
The right person for this role will have previous Compliance / Regulatory experience gained from an Insurance environment. Relevant experience could have been gained from a General or Lloyd’s of London Insurance environment. Due to the nature of the role, strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills are essential.
This role is paying up to £70,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus and will require travel between to Greater London offices.
