Due to their continued success, they are rapidly expanding their telecommunications support team. They are currently recruiting for experienced and ambitious Telecommunication Support Engineers to join the company's expert telephony-focused support division.

The Role:

-This is an exciting and hands-on client-facing role in which successful applicants will be joining a well-established technical support team to provide outstanding telecommunications support to a range of Blue Chip organisations and SMEs across the London, Surrey and South East regions.
-The role will involve working alongside a team of more than 10 engineers, installing, supporting and maintaining telephony systems at all levels both in the field and on a remote-basis.
-This role comes with fantastic career progression opportunities and successful candidates will grow to have 3rd line technical support duties, consultancy responsibilities and also eventually providing mentoring and training to new employees.
-Alongside the superb levels of career progression this position also comes with an outstanding starting salary of £20,000-£25,000 in addition to a full corporate benefits package and a lucrative monthly car allowance.

The Ideal Candidate:

-We are looking for candidates who have at least 1-2 years' professional experience in a telecommunications-focused technical support role.
-Successful candidates will have good technical knowledge of VOIP phone systems, and ideally experience with Samsung phone systems and a strong networking knowledge covering areas such as switches, patching and TCP/IP.
-The Telecoms Engineer will also ideally have a good understanding of Avaya IP Office Systems, firewalls and broadband communication technologies.
-Successful candidates for the Telecommunications Support Engineer position will also preferably be degree educated in a relevant IT subject.
-Candidates will be ambitious, organised, self-motivated and have the ability to be independent problem solvers. Successful candidates will also have access to their own transport and a full, clean UK driving license.
